Who Runs The Sessions?
Hi, I’m John Hill, owner/operator of Women on the Move. I run the sessions along with our team of coaches. We’re revolutionising weight loss, fitness, and well-being for women.

What To Expect?

Over the 45 minutes, you’ll enjoy a varied and fun workout, designed to improve your fitness and work your whole body.

There are no weights or props, just well designed and different exercises that will allow you to go at your own pace.

When you join Women on the Move, you’ll become a member of the family, where your friends will be helping, supporting, and motivating you to achieve your health and fitness goals.
