Who Runs The Sessions?

Hi, I’m John Hill, owner/operator of Women on the Move. I run the sessions along with our team of coaches. We’re revolutionising weight loss, fitness, and well-being for women.

What To Expect?

  • Over the 45 minutes, you’ll enjoy a varied and fun workout, designed to improve your fitness and work your whole body.

  • There are no weights or props, just well designed and different exercises that will allow you to go at your own pace.

  • When you join Women on the Move, you’ll become a member of the family, where your friends will be helping, supporting, and motivating you to achieve your health and fitness goals.
